Reminder: Form must be posted between February 1 - April, 30 2019
Employers are to certify and post their 2018 OSHA 300 Form A at each establishment in a location where notices are customarily posted.
In addition, affected contractors are now required to submit the OSHA Form 300A data electronically to OSHA.
