The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration conducted Clearinghouse webinars with questions and answers in December 2020. The webinars are for contractors who have commercial driver license (CDL) drivers and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated vehicles. The recorded webinars are available for viewing on the FMCSA website to answer any questions that you may have about the Clearinghouse.
If you have not run your annual query for all current and employed CDL drivers, please do so. The deadline to run the annual query was January 5, 2021.
